This was one of the bigger steelies I've caught in a while on the Deschutes. Pushing ten pounds or more, it was a great fish. Considering it was the first fish landed of three that I had on, I was happy to have it in my hand.
Freddy's steelhead. We had a triple in about 20 minutes all in the same spot. Fish all day and nothing, but nail three in a few minutes. Not to mention I lost two previous fish.
